He completed his M.B.B.S (Honours) from Rural Medical College, Loni, Maharashtra, and went on to pursue MD Medicine from DMCH, Darbhanga, Bihar, followed by DM Neurology from the prestigious NIMHANS, Bangalore. He has worked in reputed institutions including AIIMS New Delhi, IGIMS Patna, and RB Memorial Hospital, Darbhanga.
